Cliffe Castle is a richly detailed former mansion turned public museum, surrounded by a hillside park above Keighley. Its rooms move between local history, natural science, decorative art and the story of the house itself, making it an easy place to spend a thoughtful couple of hours.

The museum is compact enough for a relaxed visit, with the park and Pavilion café making it easy to stay longer. Parking is limited, so the short walk from Keighley bus or railway station can be a useful alternative on busy days.
The upper floor is reached by stairs. Visitors needing step-free access can explore the ground floor, which contains much of the museum, and should check the current access guide before travelling for a particular display.
